Annoying Foot and Finger Tapping!!
Have you got someone in the office or home that is constantly tapping their feet or fingers? It’s bloody annoying! But there are reasons for this, the most likely is anxiety or stress. It’s not harmful to foot tap or finger tap but here are some ways to control it.
- If you don’t want to stop its ok but find a quieter way to release this energy maybe a soft stress ball which you can squeeze or tap.
- Keep a journal of things going on in your life. It will help you analyse things going on in your life and address the sources of stress or anxiety.
- Create a negative association with tapping. Tell your self to STOP when you start.
- Go to the gym. Working out can release tension and allow your body to release feel good chemicals that give you more self confidence.
So stop that annoying tapping by relaxing and having a spa break holiday.
